 | Paul Thompson-McHenry served on the Leadership Team for over a year before being called to serve as Senior Minister of Shenley Christian Fellowship. He is married to Nina, and between them they have 7 children and a grandchild. Paul also serves on the leadership of The Well Church, Brussels, and has served in various capacities over the years, including as Chaplain of a Further Education College. He has a 30-year connection to Uganda and has had mission trips there. Paul is in his third year of the Congregational Foundation Degree in Practical Theology, and has an online Christian media presence through Insight4Today. He has a passion for seeing Kingdom growth in both churches and individuals.  | Julie Messenger rejoined the Leadership Team in October 2019, having previously served for 9 years, stepping down at the time to care for her husband. She has been a widow since 2015. Julie has been attending Shenley Christian Fellowship for nearly 30 years, and during that time, in addition to serving in Leadership, has led Life Groups and contributed to Children’s Ministry, Healing Rooms and Pastoral Care. Until her retirement in July 2025, she worked at The Open University, educating nurses.  | Roger Goodship has attended Shenley Christian Fellowship since 1993 and has been a member since 1995. He is married to Linda and they have four adult sons. Roger is a qualified electrician and has established a successful Milton Keynes based electrical contracting company. He is now semi-retired but remains active! Roger is a long-term member of the SCF worship band and has always been actively involved in the Church events programme. He was very much 'hands on' during Phase one of the Oak Tree Centre building project, and is a member of the Phase two building group.  | Kehinde Sokunle has been attending Shenley Christian Fellowship since 2008 and joined the Leadership Team in January 2023. She is married to Joseph, and they have two adult children - Ola and Glory. She has been involved in the SCF Welcome Team since 2008. She is also part of the Healing Team ministry.  | Cadian Rattray has been attending Shenley Christian Fellowship since 2022 and joined the Leadership Team in May 2024. He is married to Maxine and they have two children and five grandchildren. Cadian has established his own Signs & Graphics business. He also has a love of music and in 2014, produced a Gospel album and has been sharing the gospel through a community radio station. Cadian has a passion for the Word of God and loves to see people come to understand it.  | Jenny Joyce became a Christian in 1989 and joined Shenley Christian Fellowship soon after the church was founded. She's remained a serving member, apart from a 5-year gap spent attending a Bible school in Spain, where she was also ordained as a Presbyter (Elder). She served there as an assistant pastor and also as a chaplain at a nursing home for elderly people, until she returned to the UK and SCF in 2010. In 2011, Jenny joined the Leadership Team, where she remained until 2019, when she also retired from her role at World Vision. Jenny felt the Lord calling her back to leadership earlier this year, and within this role, she supports SCF staff and organises the Sunday service teaching and hosting. She says, “I have watched SCF grow through many changes, highs and lows, and have seen God’s hand firmly in control, even in challenging times. I continue to watch Him steer His church toward the fulfilment of Isaiah 61:1-3, which He gave to the founding pastor and members”. jenny.joyce@scf-mk.org.uk |
 | Alison Collyer has been part of Shenley Christian Fellowship since its inception in the early 1990s and has been involved in worship leading since her teenage years. She has led worship in church services, conferences, and events for many years. Previously, Alison was also involved in a healing ministry called Gilgal House Healing Centre, where she led worship. Alison has a heart for people to be set free, healed, and delivered, and for them to recognise their true identity as sons and daughters of the Living God. She has a prophetic gift and leads worship events called 'Deep Cries Out to Deep' which include prophetic, worship, and intercession. These events are open to anyone who loves to worship the Lord, and people are welcome to attend from across Milton Keynes and beyond. alison.collyer@scf-mk.org.uk |
 | Adrian Ravilious attended Shenley Christian Fellowship from 2016 until 2021, when he semi-retired from working as a self-employed electrician in Milton Keynes, and moved to Bath, where he volunteered one day a week for the Salvation Army. Due to a change in circumstances, he moved back to Milton Keynes and returned to Shenley Christian Fellowship in 2024. Since then, he has become more involved with various church activities, including the monthly Men’s Breakfast and volunteering at the Shenley food and clothing bank club. He currently works part-time as an electrician. Adrian joined the Leadership Team in April 2025, and has a passion for seeing people set free and lives changed through the power of Jesus Christ, with a particular focus on the homeless. adrian.ravilious@scf-mk.org.uk |
